Experiencing problems with our site?
We want to know it! But here is some "first aid" basic information.
Downloading Problems
Some sections of our site require high speed interenet or patience.
This is the case with some of the bigger photo albums and especially
with Webcam and Virtual Tour. If your connection is really slow,
you may not be able to view these. Also our menus are in the form
of pictures and may take a while to download. We're sorry for the
inconvenience, but most of our client have regular or high speed
internet and don't experience these problems.
Printing
The site is designed to print without the dark green background
to prevent unnecessary use of ink. If some of the images don't appear
whole, it's ok. If you wish to print the complete page, you may choose
so in your printer's settings. Use print with preview to make sure
the result is as desired. A special simplified page is available
for printing
Map and Directions.
Security Warnings
Depending on your specific browser setting, you may have some of
the interactive features of this site disabled. Your browser may
respond this way to:
- Javascript in our menu, which helps us open the Guest book in
a new window.
- The icons at the bottom of the page, homepage animation or virtual
tour, which
are
in
Flash
animation
format.
- The
webcam.
- The Javascript visitor counter.
This website contains no malicious software and you can safely
enable these pieces of progams to enjoy full features of this site.
If you're using
Internet Explorer, you may enable these features by right clicking
when a bar
with
warning
appears at the top of the page. In other browsers, there may be
a pop-up window. The level of security is set within the options
of your browser. If your problems continue (and you'd be experiencing
this on other sites too) you must set your security settings lower.
Missing plugins
In order to enjoy full
features of this site, you must have Flash plugin
installed
in your
browser.
- A missing plugin usually appears as a grayed-out portion in the
design of a page with an icon in the center.
- Sometimes this grayed-out area means that you have the plugin,
but you chose not to use it in settings of your browser.
- You can typically
solve this by clicking on the gray area and when prompted, agreeing
to
enable or install the missing software. You may need to restart
your browser afterward.
- If your Flash plugin is missing or is out of date, you can use
the link below to install it
Install
Adobe Flash Player
Flash
is a
very
popular
animation
program made by Adobe and the plugin is a little piece of program
that "plugs into" your browser to play the animations, interactive
menus, virtual tour and more. While we made sure this site is navigable
even without it, on many sites,
you
may not
be
able
to
navigate
at all. If you see the "Missing plugin" warnings or are prompted
to update them, it's generally a good idea to do so. You will be
able to fully enjoy browsing the internet.
